Step 1 - choose a working folder and grant read/write. The picker dialog also has a New Folder button. Use Rename to client folder to name it {ClientCode}-{Entity} from the fields on the Generate tab.

Generate folder structure

Builds {ClientCode}-{Entity} as the client main folder. Tick the sections you want and the template below updates to match. Lines with {Year} repeat once per year in the range.

Abbreviate a word - 5 variants

Type a word (e.g. Pineapple), then click a variant to append it to the short name above.

Bank / per-item builder

Pick a bank/e-wallet, choose Conventional (.C) or Islamic (.I), the account type, optionally a holder name (only if not the entity's own a/c), and the A/C no. (auto last 4 as x9999). Add builds e.g. Maybank.C-Current-x1234; Insert splits each into sub-folders.

Premises & utilities builder

Add each premises by category with its address (ICMatic format) and utility account numbers. Insert builds Rental + Utilities folders; everything entered also feeds the summary report.
